Florida Professional Engineering Services was established to provide all required Florida (township, county or state) Professional Engineering Certification services, Consultation and construction services for new, remolded or renovated single family home, condominium, multifamily homes, commercial or industrial construction, buildings, road signs and any other business or industrial needs in the state of Florida.
Engineering Services
Includes but not limited to
- Face to face meeting with all our clients
- Full understanding of Plan objectives
- Pre-Construction/ renovation/ building improvements meetings with the owner, contractor and the government agencies issuing engineering permits
- Meet local city/ county building engineers to insure local requirements are understood and comply with
- Check and evaluate new or updated building plan
- Evaluate drawing for accuracy
- Calculate and analyze building required drainage area
- Calculate wind velocity load, structure and roofing requirements
- Review and approval of shop drawings and material lists
- Provide Engineering certification required to pull local building permit
- Follow up and assist designers and engineers throughout the process of pulling permits from building government office
- Review and approval of all site work as-build including roads, drainage and utilities
- Analyze max wind load on road and building signs
- Analyze structural rigidity of signs and compliance to Florida building code and Florida department of transportation
- Strong mechanical engineering background required to provide needed analysis for industrial and business fixtures and structure construction to insure compliance with Florida government requirements and provide certification
